Standard fee includes access to the conference premises and technical program, coffee breaks, lunches, the opening ceremony on Monday, conference dinner on Thursday 21 July evening (which takes place during a boat cruise on the river Seine).

Reduced fee includes the same items as above but is restricted to Ph.D. students, retired professors, and participants from developing countries. A proof needs to be sent by email to icdea2022@sciencesconf.org to complete the registration within this category. Please use the following link, page 128, Table E, for country classification.

Accompanying person fee allows access to the opening ceremony, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner on Thursday 21 July evening.

Optional activities:

• If the administrative and sanitary conditions allow at the time of the conference, a visit of the Large Scale Research Facility -- Synchrotron Soleil -- will be organized for the interested participants on Tuesday, 19 July (free of charge).
• A half-day tour will be open for the conference attendees and the accompanying persons on the afternoon of Wednesday, 20 July. This tour aims to offer a forum of discussions and complement the social program with a visit to the Versailles castle. The organization includes transportation, entry tickets, accompanying guides, and dinner. Registering for this part of the conference program is optional and the separate fee is detailed below. To each full/reduced fee registration or accompanying person, a tour ticket can be purchased.

The registration fees described above in relationship with the in-person attendance will equally provide access to the virtual conference platform. Due to the organization costs incurred, the cancellation or (partial) reimbursement of such fees is not allowed.
